01 / Discover
We review organisational goals, existing data, headcount, lease information, programme, budget, building constraints and decision-makers. Workshops focus on what people need to do, not just what styles they like.
02 / Test and define
Planning options test capacity, adjacencies, circulation, support spaces and future change. A preferred direction becomes the basis for design development and cost review.
03 / Coordinate
Materials, ceilings, lighting intent, furniture, joinery and technology interfaces are developed with the appointed consultant team. Open decisions and dependencies are tracked.
04 / Deliver
During fit-out we respond to documented queries, review design-related submittals within scope and observe progress at agreed intervals. The contractor remains responsible for construction means, quality and safety.
Decision discipline
Late changes can affect cost, approvals, procurement and completed work. We record the requested change and its known implications before design information is revised.
05 / Handover and learn
Snags, close-out information and outstanding decisions are consolidated. Where requested, a post-occupancy review identifies lessons for future spaces after the team has had time to use the workplace.
