- Work begins only after written appointment and required information.
We do not provide statutory approval or construction commitments through an initial website enquiry.
Before appointing a design team
Confirm who can approve budget, programme and design decisions; whether a measured survey exists; which landlord documents have been received; and who will appoint engineering, cost and project-management services. Clear governance at the start usually prevents avoidable redesign later.
